Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
